Suburban Taipei City is located around the edges of the downtown area, in the districts of Beitou (北投), Shilin (士林), Neihu (內湖), Wenshan (文山), and Nangang (南港).
Primarily residential neighborhoods, each district has a thriving local community and culture, and are all worth a visit to explore the local culture unique to the area.
